Public Meeting Scheduled for Natural Bridge Rd. Improvement Project on Jan. 26

ST. LOUIS COUNTY - The Missouri Department of Transportation will hold an open-house style public meeting for the Natural Bridge (Route 115) Improvement Project from 4-6 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 26. The meeting will be held at the Pine Lawn City Hall, 6250 Steve Marre Ave., 63121. The improvement project will cover Natural Bridge Rd. between Lucas & Hunt Rd. and St. Louis city limits.

Attendees can stop by at any time during the open house to view preliminary plans and speak with Route 115 project team members. A formal presentation is not scheduled.  Attendees will also have an opportunity to provide feedback on the project by completing a comment form while at the meeting or online at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/8F82JLF.

The purpose of this project is to address the aging pavement and pedestrian facilities along Natural Bridge Rd. from Lucas & Hunt Rd. to the St Louis city limits.  As part of the project, existing sidewalks along the corridor will be upgraded to meet requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).  Constructing new sidewalks will also provide a continuous pedestrian accessible route along the corridor.

This meeting is accessible to individuals with disabilities. To request special accommodations, call 1-866-ASK-MoDOT or email charlene.goston@modot.mo.gov.
