MoDOT Postpones Opening of I-44/Route 47 Ramps in St. Clair, MO

FRANKLIN COUNTY - MoDOT crews are postponing the opening of the Interstate 44/Route 47 ramps in St. Clair, MO due to equipment issues.  The ramps, as well as the Route 47 bridge over I-44, were originally scheduled to be opened by the end of the day today. The ramps have been either closed or limited to left-turns only on Route 47 during the construction of a new bridge over I-44. Crews are anticipating having the project completed by Friday, Oct. 28 with the ramps, as well as all lanes on the I-47 bridge open.
