FRANKLIN COUNTY - Drivers traveling I-44 in St. Clair, MO should note MoDOT crews will close the eastbound I-44 exit ramp to Route 47 beginning at 6 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 6 through Monday, Sept. 19. Upon reopening of the ramp, right turn only access to southbound Route 47 will be restored.
