Lost Creek Bridge on DeKalb County Route A now open

St. Joseph, Mo. – The Lost Creek Bridge, north of Maysville, on DeKalb County Route A is now open after a bridge deck replacement project. The Missouri Department of Transportation contracted with Emery Sapp & Sons, Inc. to complete the project. The bridge is included in Gov. Mike Parson’s $351 million Focus on Bridges program, which will repair or replace 250 bridges across the state.

Crews closed the bridge to all traffic on Monday, March 22, 2021, and were able to reopen it today, Friday, May 28, 2021, ahead of schedule.
