JACKSON COUNTY– MoDOT Kansas City is in the process of bridge repairs along Bannister Rd. (Route W) over I-435. In conjunction with the bridge demolition at 67th street over I-435, and the total closure of a portion of I-435 scheduled for the weekend of April 23, crews will CLOSE the ramps from 87th St. and Gregory Blvd. to southbound I-435 beginning at 6 a.m. on Saturday, April 24, until later that day when work is completed. Motorists on 87th St. and Gregory Blvd. are advised to use U.S. 71 around this closure. All work is weather permitting.
