Wet Conditions and Increase in Truck Traffic Affecting Warren County Route O

MACON – Over the last few months, Warren County Route O has been seeing an increase in truck traffic. This traffic, along with wet conditions and warmer temperatures, has caused roadway deterioration. Rough road advisory signs, along with speed reductions, are being issued to help with the declining conditions of the road.

“We ask that motorists pay attention to the signs posted and drive for road conditions,” said District Engineer Paula Gough.

Crews will continue to make short-term repairs to keep the road open while this increase in traffic occurs.
