MoDOT KC Looking to Hire 40+ Maintenance Workers

Kansas City, Mo – The Missouri Department of Transportation, Kansas City District Office is gearing up for another unpredictable winter season here in the greater Kansas City area by hosting a job fair. It’s an effort to hire at least 40 new Full-Time Highway Maintenance Workers.

 

The job fair will be held Thursday, October 3 from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., at Morning Star Baptist Church Youth and Family Life Center, located at 2525 East 27th St. in Kansas City, MO.

 

Benefits include: Medical, Annual Leave, Sick Leave and Paid Holidays.

Starting salary: $14.59 per hour.

 

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma/GED and a valid driver's license. MoDOT will provide commercial driver’s license (CDL) training. All applicants must successfully complete a criminal background check and drug screening.
