The Missouri Department of Transportation will hold a public meeting on Thursday, Jan. 11 to provide information on a proposed project to improve sidewalks and pedestrian facilities along Missouri Route 163 (Providence Road). The project, which will take place in various locations between Route K and Vandiver Drive, is scheduled to take place in 2018.
The public meeting will be held from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the meeting room of the Columbia Chamber of Commerce Office, 300 South Providence Road. The meeting facility is accessible to people with disabilities.
The public may attend the meeting at any time between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to speak with MoDOT staff and provide input. No formal presentation will be made.
