Project Progress
MoDOT's Planning and Design team has developed a plan to remove and replace the existing concrete overlay on I-35, construct inside and outside shoulders, and update guardrail. This project also includes resurfacing Route 69 and widening the lanes between the intersection of I-35 and Route 116.
MoDOT offered three opportunities to receive community feedback regarding the resurfacing project.
- An in-person public meeting will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2024, from 4-6 p.m. at the Cameron School District's district office located at 423 N. Chestnut, Cameron, MO 64429. This will be an open house style meeting and community members are welcome to drop by anytime between 4-6 p.m. to speak with project experts and provide feedback. No formal presentation will be made.
