MidMO ADA: Letter of Interest Form

Please complete the form below to receive upcoming information about the MidMO ADA project, which will improve pedestrian facilities throughout the Missouri Department of Transportation’s Central District. One design-build team will be selected to design and construct the project.

Electronic Submissions: The form must be completed in entirety prior to submitting. Following submission of the completed form, the MidMO ADA team will confirm receipt of the electronic form by emailing the contact provided.

Registered Mail: Firms interested in receiving project information may also send a one-page Letter of Interest to MoDOT by registered mail in lieu of completing the electronic form. Please select a delivery method that indicates proof of receipt.
