Little Piney Creek Bridge
- Built in 1967.
- Length: 343 feet. Width: 32 feet.
Project Progress
A project to rehabilitate the bridge is currently being designed by the Missouri Department of Transportation and its consultants.
The project is currently scheduled to be part of MoDOT's March 2025 letting when contractors may submit competitive bids. The Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission may award the contract as part of their April 2025 meeting. If the contract is awarded, a notice to proceed date will also be given. That is the earliest date the contractor may begin work.
The current traffic control plan involves placing temporary traffic signals at each end of the bridge to guide traffic through the work zone. One 10-foot-wide lane with 1-foot shoulders, will remain open throughout the project. The bridge is expected to stay open during construction with signals in place to direct traffic. The construction is anticipated to take 103 calendar days.
At this time, construction is anticipated to be completed by Dec. 1, 2025.
