Project Summary

The Route U (Lucas-Hunt Rd.) project will improve aging pavement, signals and pedestrian facilities to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The perimeter for this project is from West Florissant Ave. to Woodrow Ave. Road safety improvements along the corridor, which has a high crash rate average over five years, are also included.

The project is broken into three segments:

  • Segment 1 - North - West Florissant Ave. to I-70
  • Segment 2 - Middle - I-70 to Route 115 (Natural Bridge Rd.)
  • Segment 3 - South - Route 115 to Woodrow Ave.
