Contractors may submit competitive bids during MoDOT's scheduled lettings. This project is scheduled to be a part of the September 2025 letting. The Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission will consider all submitted bids at its scheduled monthly meeting in November 2025. If the lowest submitted bid meets all necessary criteria, the MHTC may award contracts at that time.
The contractor will work with MoDOT to determine the exact schedule of work.
At this time, all roadways are expected to close during construction. The exact date of the closures and the planned reopening dates have not been determined yet.
By contract, all work must be complete on or before Dec. 1, 2026.
