Project Letting, Award, and Notice to Proceed

The project is currently scheduled to be part of MoDOT's October 2025 letting when contractors may submit competitive bids. The Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission may award the contract as part of their November 2025 meeting and, if the contract is awarded at that time, a notice to proceed date will also be given. That is the earliest date the contractor may begin work.

This project is being let in combination with U.S. Route 40 and Missouri Route 5 Intersection Improvements in Howard County | Missouri Department of Transportation and a project that will resurface and add shoulders on Missouri Route 124 from Route 240 (Howard County) to Route B (Boone County) and resurface 2.3 miles of Boone County Route BB near Rocheport and nearly 2.7 miles of Route CC west of Sturgeon.
