What's currently underway?

MoDOT has a project to resurface the portion of Route 30 (Gravois) in St. Louis County between the city of St. Louis (River Des Peres) and Route 141.  Prior to the resurfacing, crews will be completing pavement repairs, as well as making updates to sidewalks, signals, and guardrail and other updates to meet Americans with Disability Act requirements.

What's the schedule?

  • Weekdays: residents and commuters can expect single lane closures eastbound and westbound along the corridor daily between 7 p.m. and 6 a.m., as well as between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. on the section of the corridor east of Weber Hill Road.
  • Weekends: there may be lane closures  east of Weber Hill Road  in either direction around the clock through the weekend;  west of Weber Hill Road, work is limited in either direction to between 6 p.m. and 2 p.m. the following day.

At this time, resurfacing of the entire corridor is expected to start sometime in August, during nighttime hours.

The project should be complete by late fall 2026.
