Frequently Asked Questions
What the anticipated traffic impacts?
MoDOT will be completing bridge rehabilitation over the eastbound and westbound Union Pacific Railroad bridge and the Route 100 bridge. The railroad bridge rehabilitation will take approximately 4-5 months to complete once construction begins. There will be westbound and eastbound single lane drops during off-peak hours near the Union Pacific Railroad bridge. The eastbound bridge redeck over Union Pacific Railroad will require eastbound Route 100 traffic to be reduced to one lane while work is being completed. MoDOT will contact emergency responders, local schools, and businesses prior to any traffic closures and notify the public of any potential delays.
What is the total cost of construction?
The total cost of construction on the project is estimated at $8.8 million.
