Kansas City Area Culvert Replacement Project in Multiple Counties

Details

This project includes nine culvert rehabilitations at various locations in the Kansas City District. Work will take place for approximately one week at the following locations. More information about construction impacts will be shared as it becomes available. 

Locations

• Missouri Highway 2 just east of Route C. - Cass County
  • This work will require a full closure.
• Bannister Road just west of Holmes Road. -Jackson County
  • This work will only required a lane closure with a sidewalk closure.
• Route N (1) just 0.3 miles north of NW Tiffany Park Rd. - Platte County
  • This work will require a full closure.
• Route N (2) just 0.2 miles north of Hillsboro Rd. - Platte County
  • This work will require a full closure.
• Route D (1) just west of Hickory Grove Rd. - Platte County
  • This work will require a full closure.
• Route D (2) just 0.54 miles west of MO 13. - Ray County
  • This work will require a full closure.
• Interstate 435 east of the U.S. 169 and I-435 interchange. - Clay County
  • This work will only require a shoulder closure.
• Route C just 0.3 miles north of W 222nd St. - Ray County
  • This work will require a full closure.
• Route E just 0.43 miles south of E 224th St. - Ray County
  • This work will require a full closure.  

Detour

For work at locations that require a full closure, motorists will need to plan ahead and find an alternate route.
