Route Z Bridge Replacements over Hubble Creek and Hubble Creek Overflow Cape Girardeau County

The project will include replacing the Route Z bridges over Hubble Creek and Hubble Creek Overflow near Gordonville, Missouri. Both aging, one lane structures will be replaced with wider structures to accommodate two lanes of traffic. In addition, the project also includes raising the roadway to mitigate flooding on Route Z. 

As work is underway, the roadway will be closed in the vicinity of the structures for approximately eight months. 

There may be periods when the Route OO bridge over Whitewater River and the Route Z bridges over Hubble Creek and Hubble Creek Overflow are closed at the same time. Signed detours will be in place to maintain access during construction.

Prior to the start of construction for the Route OO and Route Z bridges, additional information will be released regarding the timeline for each closure.
