JACKSON COUNTY – Beginning on Monday, April 8, MoDOT Kansas City will have various road and ramp closures in the vicinity of I-470, View High Road, and Raytown Road. These closures are for pavement repairs. All work is weather permitting.
- Beginning at 7 p.m. on Monday, April 8, until approximately 5 a.m. the following morning:
- Crews will CLOSE View High Road over I-470 from approximately Meers Rd. to the Little Blue River. Motorists using View High Rd. to take I-470, will need to find an alternate route.
- Crews will also CLOSE the ramp from View High Rd. to westbound I-470.

They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
