CLAY COUNTY – The Missouri Department of Transportation will make the following traffic changes as part of a road improvement project. All work is weather dependent.
Crews will intermittently close the southbound lanes of 69 Highway between McCleary Rd. and Lightburne St. from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, beginning Wednesday, April 10 until Friday, April 12.
Crews will intermittently close the northbound lanes of 69 Highway between Fishing River Bridge and McCleary Rd. from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily, beginning Wednesday, April 10 until Friday, April 12.
Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
