Route U in New Madrid County will be reduced with a 10-foot width restriction while contractor crews perform asphalt overlay.
This section of roadway is located between Route D and Route 61.
Weather permitting, work will be performed Wednesday, April 24 through Thursday, May 30 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily.
The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
