UPDATE: Buchanan County U.S. Route 59 now open to two-lane traffic

ST. JOSEPH – All lanes of Buchanan County U.S. Route 59 are now open from Rushville to Atchison, KS, including the Amelia Earhart Bridge. Missouri Department of Transportation crews were able to open all lanes of traffic this morning.
