MoDOT to shift traffic on US 67 near Route CC beginning October 9

JEFFERSON COUNTY – Starting at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, October 9, crews will shift one lane of US 67 onto the newly constructed US 67 traveling under Route CC. This change is expected to remain in place through October.

During this time, the new US 67 alignment under Route CC will accommodate one northbound lane and one southbound lane. The ramps currently carrying US 67 traffic around the new Route CC bridge will be reduced from two lanes to one lane. After crews have finished US 67 and the Route CC bridge, US 67 will carry two northbound and two southbound lanes under Route CC and the ramps will be used for accessing Route CC.

Following this phase, opening of the Route CC bridge is scheduled for early November.
