ST. LOUIS – Drivers who use Tower Grove in the city of St. Louis will need to consider an alternate route for about a month as the roadway will be closed under the bridge next week.
Crews will closing lanes under I-44 at the Tower Grove bridge at 9 a.m. Wednesday, April 24, to rehabilitate the interstate bridge. The bridge will remain closed until late May.
Drivers can use Vandeventer or Grand as alternate routes during the closure.
In addition, the ramp from eastbound I-64 to 14th Street will close at 9 a.m., Monday, April 22, for three weeks for ramp repairs.
In Fenton, crews will be closing Yarnell Road under Interstate 44 next week to place girders for the new westbound bridge. Yarnell Road will be closed in both directions between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. on Monday, April 22; Tuesday, April 23: and Wednesday, April 24. Detours, using I-44 and the outer roads, will be marked.

- Route ZZ, Franklin County, the bridge at Boeuf Creek is closed until mid-August.
- Route 110, Jefferson County, one lane is closed at Fischer Creek between Fischer Road and Upper Plattin Road until mid-July.
