Putnam County U.S. Route 136 resurfacing project to progress through Unionville

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. – The Missouri Department of Transportation has contracted with Magruder Paving, LLC to resurface U.S. Route 136 from Mercer County Route C (Ravanna) to Putnam County Route N (Livonia). Crews will be resurfacing U.S. Route 136 through Unionville on Monday, Oct. 5, and Tuesday, Oct. 6. No parking will be allowed along U.S. Route 136 during daylight hours; all vehicles must be removed.  

Traffic Impacts: During paving, the roadway will be narrowed to one lane with flaggers and pilot cars. Motorists should expect delays. A 12-foot width restriction will be in place. Parking will be prohibited during daylight hours on Oct. 5 and 6.
