CASS COUNTY – The Missouri Department of Transportation will be conducting lane closures and flagging operations at various locations throughout Cass County for pavement work. All work is weather permitting. See below for locations and modifications:
Monday, September 28 until Tuesday, September 29 between 7:00 pm and 6:00 am
- Crews will conduct a flagging operation on SW Outer Road at RT 7
Tuesday, September 29 until Thursday, October 1 between 7:00 pm and 6:00 am each night
- Crews will conduct a flagging operation on S Commercial St. from S Independence St. to I-49
Thursday, October 1 until Saturday, October 3 between 7:00 pm and 6:00 am each night
- Crews will conduct a single lane closure on SB I-49 from MO-291 to S Commercial St.
- Crews will conduct a single lane closure on NB I-49 just north of Overpass Rd. to just north of Cantrell Rd.
Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can also be short-term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
