MACON - Weather permitting, MoDOT will be doing the following work on routes in Schuyler County. Please see the dates and locations below.
Schuyler County Route M - May 5-6, road will be closed from the Iowa State Line to Missouri Route 202 for a culvert replacement. Work will be completed between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. each day.
Schuyler County Route Z - May 9, road will be closed from MO 202 and Cochrans Road for a culvert replacement. Work will be completed between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. that day.
Schuyler County Route F - May 10, road will be closed from MO 202 and U.S. Route 136 for a culvert replacement. Work will be completed between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. that day.
U.S. Route 136 - April 30-May 9, road will reduced to one lane for bridge work on the abandoned railoroad bridge, located east of Schuyler County Route AA, beginning 8:00 a.m. and April 30, and all lanes will be back open at 8:00 a.m. May 9. There will be an 11 ft. width restriction in place while the work is completed.
For the closures, motorists will need to use alternate routes. Please remember to obey all work zone signs and personnel, and put down your cell phone to help eliminate distractions.
