JEFFERSON COUNTY: Starting Monday, October 5 at 7 a.m., the Missouri Department of Transportation will fully close Sunridge Trail at US 61/67 in Crystal City for drainage installation.
Construction will take place starting at 7 a.m. and the closure will continue until Wednesday, October 14 at 5 a.m. when the road reopens. Motorists can use Missouri Ave to access Sunridge Trail.
In addition, Missouri Department of Transportation will close Route 61/67 near Sunridge trail as well for drainage installation, on Wednesday, October 14 and Thursday, October 15. This closure will be in place from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. nightly.
Traffic may use Route A exit to the northbound Interstate 55 to McNutt Street to navigate around the closure.
Message boards will be up along the route to alert traffic. All work is weather-dependent.
