JACKSON COUNTY – The Missouri Department of Transportation will conduct various overnight lane closures on routes in Jackson County for pavement work. All work is weather permitting and dates are approximate. See below for locations and modifications:
Sunday, Sept. 20 until Monday, Sept. 21 between 7 p.m. until 6 a.m.
- Crews will close the MO 291 NB ramp to I-470 NB.
Monday, Sept. 21 until Tuesday, Sept. 22 between 7 p.m. until 6 a.m.
- Crews will conduct single lane closures on Bannister Road (MO W) EB and WB at Lydia Ave.
- Crews will close the I-435 WB on Ramp from Holmes Road.
Tuesday, Sept. 22 until Wednesday, Sept. 23 between 7 p.m. until 6 a.m.
- Crews will conduct single lane closures on U.S. 71 NB at 75th
- Crews will conduct single lane closures on SB MO 350 at 63rd
Wednesday, Sept. 23 until Thursday, Sept. 24 between 7 p.m. until 6 a.m.
- Crews will conduct double lane closures on I-670 WB at Charlette.
- Crews will conduct single lane closures at the I-70 WB ramp to I-35 NB.
Thursday, Sept. 24 until Friday, Sept. 25 between 7 p.m. until 6 a.m.
- Crews will conduct single lane closures on the I-435 WB ramp from Bannister at Marion Park Dr.
- Crews will conduct double lane closures on I-435 SB at Marion Park Dr.
Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can also be short-term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
