CLAY COUNTY – The Missouri Department of Transportation has several ramp and lane closures this weekend on the I-435 and Route 210 project that will impact traffic, including World’s of Fun attendees. Closures include:
- Crews will close the right lane of southbound I-435 between Parvin Rd. and the Missouri River Bridge from 7 p.m. Friday, May 3 until 7 p.m. Saturday, May 4 for traffic pattern change. I-435 southbound will be one lane in this area. This will have impacts to traveling public.
- Crews will close the ramp from Route 210 to southbound I-435 from 10:30 p.m. Friday, May 3 until 7 p.m. Saturday, May 4 for traffic pattern change
- Crews will close the ramp from Parvin Rd. to southbound I-435 from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. Saturday, May 4 for traffic pattern change.
- Crews will close the ramp from southbound I-435 to Route 210 from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. Saturday, May 4 for traffic pattern change.

This is all part of a project to build a new diverging diamond interchange for I-435 and Route 210, which includes replacing the old twin bridges over I-435 and Route 210 and widening I-435.
