CLAY COUNTY – The Missouri Department of Transportation will conduct various lane closures and flagging operations at locations on Interstate 435, U.S. 169, Missouri Route 291, and Route 10 for pavement repair. All work is weather permitting. Motorists may experience delays. See below for REVISED modifications:
Monday, September 14th at 7:00 p.m. until Tuesday, September 15th at 6:00 a.m.
- Single lane closure on U.S. 169 from Englewood to Barry Rd.
REVISED: Tuesday, September 15th at 7:00 p.m. until Wednesday, September 16th at 6:00 a.m.
- Single lane closure on northbound U.S. Route 69 at Palmer
- Double lane closure on southbound Interstate 435 at 48th Street
REVISED: Wednesday, September 16th at 7:00 p.m. until Thursday, September 17th at 6:00 a.m.
- Single lane closure at southbound Missouri Route 291 at Missouri CT
- Single lane closure at northbound Missouri Route 291at Elizabeth Street
REVISED: Thursday, September 17th at 7:00 p.m. until Saturday, September 19th at 6:00 a.m.
- Flagging operations on MO 291 SB at 108th Street
REVISED: Monday, Sept. 21 at 7:00 p.m. until Tuesday, Sept. 22 at 6:00 a.m.
- Flagging operations on MO 10 at S. Kimball Street
Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can also be short-term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
