On Monday Night Crews will Again Switch Eastbound I-435 Traffic into New Pattern between State Line Road and Three Trails Crossing

JACKSON COUNTY –The Missouri Department of Transportation has scheduled several lane closures on eastbound and westbound I-435 between State Line Road and the Three Trails Crossing for Monday night, May 13 for paving and to move barrier. By Tuesday morning commute, the eastbound lanes will be in a split configuration – two express lanes and two exit lanes – that mirror the westbound route. Monday night closures include:

  • Beginning at 7:30 p.m, crews will CLOSE both express lanes on westbound I-435 from the Three Trails Crossing to State Line Road for new pavement construction.
  • Beginning at midnight, crews will CLOSE the two outside lanes of eastbound I-435 from State Line Road to the Three Trails Crossing. Motorists travelling eastbound WILL NOT have access to the exits ramps at Holmes and Wornall Roads. The detour is via State Line Road. The entrance ramps from State Line, Holmes, Wornall Roads and 103rd Street will remain OPEN.

All lanes will be open by 5 a.m. Tuesday. All work is weather dependent.
