GREENE COUNTY – The Missouri Department of Transportation will host a groundbreaking ceremony celebrating the start of construction for the Southwest I-44 Improvements Project, spanning from Newton County to Laclede County, as part of the multi-phase Forward 44 Program along the corridor.
