Clinton County Route 116 to narrow for utility work starting Thursday, Aug. 20

St. Joseph, Mo – Clinton County Route 116 through Plattsburg will narrow to one lane starting Thursday, Aug. 20. Havens Construction, working through a Missouri Department of Transportation permit, will be performing utility work. Motorists should expect delays.

Traffic Impacts: Route 116 will be narrowed to one lane from Route Y to Route C, Aug. 20- 21 and 24, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily.  

All work is weather-permitting, and schedules are subject to change.
