Nodaway County U.S. Route 71 to slow for utility work Wednesday, June 10

ST. JOSEPH, Mo – Utility work will impact traffic on Nodaway County U.S Route 71 at 340th Street on Wednesday morning, June 10. Evergy Inc., working under a Missouri Department of Transportation permit, will be raising a new transmission line across the roadway.

Traffic Impacts: Intermittent rolling closures will be used at approximately 9 a.m. on June 10. During the rolling closures, access to 340th Street may be temporarily closed. Motorists should expect delays.

All work is weather-permitting, and schedules are subject to change.
