Ramp and Lane Closures Scheduled for I-470 and Douglas St. TONIGHT July 11

JACKSON COUNTY –The Missouri Department of Transportation will be doing pavement work along eastbound and westbound I-470/Route 291 near Douglas St. tonight, Tuesday, July 11. Work will begin at 7 p.m. and will end at approximately 5 a.m. the following morning. In order to complete the paving, crews will need to CLOSE the following ramps and lanes:

  • The westbound I-470 off ramp to Douglas St. will be
  • The on ramp from Douglas Street to eastbound I-470 will be
  • The right lane of northbound and southbound Douglas Street will be

This work will impact overnight motorists. Motorists must find alternate routes during this time. All work is weather permitting.
