JACKSON COUNTY – The Missouri Department of Transportation will conduct various overnight lane closures on I-70 and I-435 for pavement repair work. All work is weather permitting.
Tuesday, June 9 until Wednesday, June 10 between 7 p.m. and 6 a.m.
- Crews will conduct double lane closures on SB I-435 SB at U.S. 40.
Wednesday, June 10 until Thursday, June 11 between 7 p.m. and 6 a.m.
- Crews will conduct double lane closures on EB I-70 AT 18th St.
- Crews will conduct double lane closures on WB I-70 at 23rd St.
Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be short-term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
