JACKSON COUNTY –The Missouri Department of Transportation has scheduled several lane closures on eastbound and westbound I-435 between State Line Road and the Three Trails Crossing. This will be both daytime and nighttime work and will impact traffic. Closures include:
Monday, July 22: Crews will close inside left lane of westbound I-435 from the Three Trails Crossing to Holmes Road 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. for new pavement construction. In addition, they will close the inside left lane of eastbound I-435 State Line Road to Blue River Bridge 6:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., re-open the lane for rush hour then close again at 7:30 p.m. to 5 a.m. for further pavement work.
Tuesday, July 23: Crews will close the inside left lane of westbound I-435 from the Three Trails to State Line Rove from 10 a.m. until 5 a.m. on Wednesday for new pavement construction.
Wednesday, July 24: Crews will close the inside left lane of westbound I-435 from Three Trails Crossing to State Line Road from 10 a.m. until 5 a.m. Thursday for new pavement construction.
Thursday, July 25: Crews will close the inside left lane of westbound I-435 from Three Trails Crossing to State Line Road from 10 a.m. until 5 a.m. Friday morning for new pavement construction. Overnight, they will close BOTH express lanes on eastbound I- 435 from State Line Road to Blue River Bridge starting at 7:30 p.m. to 5 a.m. on Friday for new pavement construction.
Friday, July 26: Crews will close the left inside lane of westbound I-435 overnight from the Three Trails to State Line Road at 10 a.m. and the inside left lane of eastbound I-435 after rush hour at 7:30 p.m. for paving operations. Both lanes will re-open at 5 a.m. Saturday morning.

This work is part of the I-435 South Loop Link project which will replace the bridges at Wornall and Holmes, rehabilitate the bridges at 104th Street and the Blue River, upgrade the pavement on I-435 which includes adding another lane.
