Various ramp closures on US-169 near MO-9 for pavement repair, evening/overnight, April 18 - 25

 

CLAY COUNTY – Crews will be conducting various ramp closures on U.S. Highway 169 near Missouri Highway 9, evening and overnight, 7 p.m. until 6 a.m., Saturday, April 18 until Saturday, April 25, for pavement repair and guardrail improvement work. All work is weather permitting.

Saturday, April 18 – 7 p.m. until 6 a.m., Sunday, April 19 (approximately) (Rescheduled from April 17 due to weather.)

  • Ramp and auxiliary lane closed from I-29 to US-169 southbound, Vivian Rd. to US-169 southbound, and off-ramp to Briarcliff Pkwy

Monday, April 20 – 7 p.m. until 6 a.m., Tuesday, April 21 (approximately)

  • Ramp and auxiliary lane closed from Briarcliff Pkwy to US-169 southbound
  • Ramp closed from US-169 southbound to MO-9 southbound
  • Ramp closed from US-169 northbound to Briarcliff Pkwy
  • Ramp closed from Briarcliff Pkwy to US-169 northbound

Tuesday, April 21 – 7 p.m. until 6 a.m., Wednesday, April 22 (approximately)

  • Ramp closed from MO-9 southbound to US-169 southbound
  • Ramp closed from US-169 southbound to MO-9 southbound
  • Ramp closed from US-169 southbound to Briarcliff Pkwy
  • Ramp closed from Briarcliff Pkwy to US-169 southbound
  • Ramp closed from US-169 northbound to Briarcliff Pkwy
  • Ramp closed from Briarcliff Pkwy to US-169 northbound

Wednesday, April 22 – 7 p.m. until 6 a.m., Thursday, April 23 (approximately)

  • Ramp closed from I-29 to I-169 southbound
  • Ramp closed from Vivion Rd to I-169 southbound
  • Ramp closed from I-169 southbound to Briarcliff Rd.
  • Ramp closed from Briarcliff to I-169 southbound
  • Ramp closed from I-169 southbound to MO-9 southbound
  • Ramp closed from MO-9 southbound to I-169 southbound

Thursday, April 23 – 7 p.m. until 6 a.m., Friday, April 24 (approximately)

  • Ramp closed from I-169 northbound to I-29

Friday, April 24 – 7 p.m. until 6 a.m., Saturday, April 25 (approximately)

  • Ramp closed from Vivion to I-169 southbound

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
