TRAFFIC ALERT: Route 160 OPEN in Dade Co. Following Culvert Replacement Project

Where: U.S. Route 160 between County Road 91 and County Road 105 east of Lockwood in Dade County

When: As of 11 a.m., Friday, April 17

What: Route 160 OPEN after contractor crews completed project to replace a culvert beneath the highway

Details: This work is part of a larger project to resurface and improve sections of Route 160 and Missouri Route 97 in Barton, Dade and Lawrence counties.

Project information:

  • Prime contractor – Blevins Asphalt Construction, Mt. Vernon
  • Total project cost: $8.4 million
  • Contract completion date: May 1, 2026
