JACKSON COUNTY - The Missouri Department of Transportation will conduct overnight lane closures on southbound MO 291 south of Persels Road in Lee’s Summit for pavement repair work beginning on approx., Friday, April 17 at 7 p.m. until Saturday, April 18 at 6 a.m. All work is weather permitting.
Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
