JACKSON COUNTY – The Missouri Department of Transportation will be conducting a lane closure on northbound Interstate 470, just before Strother Road in Jackson County for concrete repair operations, evening and overnight beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, April 17 until 6:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 18. Motorists may experience delays. All work is weather permitting.
Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can also be short-term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
