Where: Missouri Route 97 over Capp Creek between County Road 2040 and County Road 2050 southwest of Monett in Barry County
When: 7 a.m.-4 p.m., Monday-Friday, April 6-10
Why: Contractor crews will be taking rock and soil samples on Route 97 in advance of a project to replace the bridge over Capp Creek.
Traffic Impacts:
- All lanes of Route 97 CLOSED 7 a.m.-4 p.m., Monday-Friday, April 6-10
- All lanes of Route 97 will be OPEN during nighttime hours
- Drivers will have access to all driveways and entrances but will not be able to drive through the work zone
- No signed detour
- Drivers urged to find alternate routes, no signed detours are planned
- Signs and message boards will alert drivers approaching the work zone
- Check MoDOT’s Traveler Information Map for road closings/traffic impacts
