New US Army Corps of Engineers National Permits

The US Army Corps of Engineers Nationwide Permits expired on March 14, 2026.  New Nationwide Permits have been issued for the next 5 years.  The new permit information and general conditions can be found here:  https://www.usace.army.mil/Missions/Civil-Works/Regulatory-Program-and-Permits/Nationwide-Permits/

New Missouri Regional Conditions can be found here:  https://publibrary.sec.usace.army.mil/api/download?id=cc2533a9-e467-4b52-c521-256cc6a93bf1&filename=2026_MO_NWP_ReissuancePN.pdf&token=&preview=true

LPA sponsors and their consultants should make sure that they are familiar with the reissued permits and conditions.  Additionally, if a project was permitted under the expired permits, it must be completed before March 14, 2027.  If projects will not be completed by then, LPA sponsors or their consultants need to contact the Corps of Engineers for a new permit.
