St. Joseph, Mo. – Access to and from Messanie Street at U.S. Route 169 in St. Joseph is now open following the completion of traffic signal upgrades. RS Electric, working with the Missouri Department of Transportation, reopened access today, Thursday, March 5.
During the traffic signal upgrades the southbound U.S. Route 169 traffic signal mast arm was replaced with a longer one, allowing for the addition of a dedicated left-turn signal, and all left-turn signals were upgraded to flashing yellow arrows.
