SIKESTON—Route 61 in Cape Girardeau County will be reduced to one lane with a 16-foot width restriction as contractor crews perform utility work.
This section of roadway is located between Kimbel Lane to Donna Drive in Jackson, Missouri.
Weather permitting, work will be underway Tuesday, March 10 and Wednesday, March 11 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
