The 11th Edition of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) was released by the FHWA in December 2023. A large team of MoDOT staff worked with Kimley-Horn for 18 months to update content in the EPG related to the MUTCD. All content related to the update was published by the FHWA deadline of January 18, 2026. From March 31 to April 16, MoDOT will host six workshops via Microsoft Teams to explain the changes made to the EPG 616, 620, and 900 sections related to MUTCD content. Each workshop will cover different topics, and you may sign up for all the workshops that you are interested in attending.
These workshops are not required. However, they are highly encouraged, especially if you are working with these sections in your day-to-day work.
