PLATTE COUNTY – The Missouri Department of Transportation will be conducting pavement resurfacing operations resulting in various traffic modifications on Missouri Route 273 in Platte County. This project is ongoing through June 2026. All work is weather permitting.
See below for traffic modifications:
Monday, March 2 until Tuesday, June 30 from 6:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. daily
- Pilot car operation on MO-273 from I-29 to MO-45. This is not a complete closure, but motorists may experience delays.
Monday, March 9 until Sunday, March 22
- Crews will CLOSE MO-273 near Hackberry Lane. A signed detour will be provided.
Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can also be short-term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris form the roadway.
