JACKSON COUNTY – The Missouri Department of Transportation will conduct various lane closures on northbound and southbound I-435 to install temporary traffic control signs for overhead sign truss operations. All work is weather permitting.
See below for traffic modifications:
Thurs., Jan. 15. at approx. 8 a.m. until 12 p.m.
- Crews will conduct various lane closures on NB and SB I-435 on the southside of Truman Road.
Fri., Jan. 16 at approx. 9 a.m. until 11 p.m.
- Crews will conduct various lane closures on SB I-435 near the Truman Road on-ramp.
Fri., Jan. 16 at approx. 12 p.m. until 2 p.m.
- Crews will conduct various lane closures on NB I-435 near the Truman Road off-ramp.
Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. They can also be short-term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
