SIKESTON—Motorists are advised to use caution while traveling along Route 61 in Jackson, Missouri. The City of Jackson and contractor crews will work to relocate utilities and install new storm sewers to prepare for construction of a roundabout at Deerwood Drive.
Traffic will be minimally impacted by the work, but motorists should be aware of crews working in the area.
Weather permitting, work will take place Thursday, Jan. 8 through Friday, Jan. 23 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
